Daily life is full of external forces screaming for our attention. The noise can be overwhelming- and our minds and bodies weren’t meant to process everything at once. The effect is numbing- disconnecting from the self because the pains are too deep, too non-specific, or too intense. The process of re-connecting starts with an acknowledgement: I can give myself the things I need to be well.

Services
Personal training sessions are designed to fit your specific fitness goals and are informed by best practices in bodyweight fitness, yoga, mindfulness, and building an understanding of your body’s unique cycles and rhythms.
All first-time sessions are booked for 90 minutes. This time is used for an intake conversation around your goals and past history with movement followed by a 55 minute work-out. Subsequent sessions are 55 minutes.
Sessions are $75 for intake and $65 for subsequent sessions. Payment is due at the time of your session by electronic transfer, cash, or check. More information about pricing and the option to trade for services at the booking link.
No fitness experience required. Open to all fitness levels.
Personal training sessions are custom fit to your specific goals.
For individuals with (H)EDS and other chronic illnesses (including debilitating depression and (C)PTSD) I offer a training program that acknowledges the ebbs and flows of your energetic cycles. This includes accommodations for flares, chronic pain, and other symptoms. The program was developed over more than 5 years of navigating my own experience with H-EDS and C-PTSD and builds on best practices in rehabilitative sports medicine, bodyweight fitness, and yoga.
To get started with personal training with chronic illness book a consultation with me. Consultations are $25 and can be credited towards your first personal training session if you decide to book.
Consultations can be in-person or online.

I offer online and in-person consultations for hair care, skin care, managing chronic pain, and navigating chronic illness.

I practice and promote mindful eating- the practice of eating when hungry and working to identify what calls one to eat, rather than restricting any particular food item or group.
Eating this way can help us learn to recognize the difference between eating for hunger and eating for other reasons. When we know our motivations we can make more informed choices.
During this 30-minute consultation we’ll discuss your goals, review your current lifestyle and eating habits, and come up with a plan to introduce small changes and additions to your days to improve your mood, energy, and sleep.
